Call Center Agent
PeopleReady of Laredo, TX is now hiring Call Center Agents! This position assists staff in Eagle Pass Office with technical support of desktop computers, web applications, and related technology.
Support includes general computer troubleshooting; installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines;
assistance with web mail and Microsoft Office products; and management of user accounts and card badges. Applicant will also assist in the maintenance and testing of network devices and associated equipment.
